I had the honor of being his student at Forest Hills Elementary and a friend of the family. He was an amazing teacher. He always took time out for his students. He didn't let you fall behind. He was and still is my favorite teacher of all. Thank you Mr. I've. To his beautiful and amazing daughter Sharon who has been like an aunt to me since I was in diapers I love you so very much and I'm praying for your comfort at this time. Im so very sorry for your loss. He will be truly missed.

I am very sad to hear of Bob Ivy’s passing. He was my 6th grade teacher and was one of those people who genuinely cared about his students. He left a lasting impression on me. I will always be grateful and a better person for having known him. Rest In Peace Mr Ivy.

Bob served at Camp Challenge for so many weeks during summer camps. We are so grateful for his service and the impact he had on the lives of so many campers throughout the years. God bless you, Bob, and we also wish the very best for the family. Sincerely - your Camp Challenge family.
