I worked with Otis at the WorkOne office in Marion from October of 2000 until he retired. Otis was always very kind and thoughtful and went the extra mile to help his veterans, I myself being one of those veterans. I will always remember his kindness, thoughtfulness, and humor. My prayers goes out to his family. He will be missed but will live on in the good things he did to help those in need.
