CONDOLENCES (GuestBook)

I have had the chance to meet thousands of people over my 15 years at AACA but jack will always be one of the special ones I will remember. His kind and gentle demeanor with me made me wish I was around when he was President of our club. A special guy, someone I considered a friend and someone who I watched fight the battle. He was an inspiration to me. My deepest condolences to his family and friends.

Jack was my inspiration and mentor on the judging field at Hershey. He was my first team captain in 1970. I'll never forget the great experience. He taught me so much and I enjoyed serving with him in AACA. Your memory lives on in so many of us. Those first lessons you taught me are being passed on to many others today. You've left a wonderful legacy. Rest in peace good friend. Terry Bond AACA president 2010.

I didn't have him as a teacher during my four years at Anderson, but I had nothing but respect for him as a teacher, ticket manager, coach and as an athletic director. To do what he did in addition to being a husband, father and grandfather is truly an example of dedication and it is this quality that I will miss about Jack Macy. RIP, Mr. Macy and thank you for your many years of service to AHS and the spirit of sports throughout Madison County.
