Sheila M. (Boyle) Trant, age 70, of Pembroke, formerly of Dorchester, died on Thursday, January 10, 2013, at her home.
Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late William & Anna (Connolly) Boyle. She attended public schools in Dorchester and graduated from Mount Saint Joseph in Brighton in 1959. Sheila was a woman who was always there for her family and adored her grandchildren.
She was the beloved wife of Alan Trant; devoted mother of Kenneth Trant & his wife Sarah of Pembroke, Brian Trant of Pembroke, Judy McCoy & her husband Kevin of Mansfield, Susan Kelliher & her husband Leo of Pembroke; loving grandmother of Christina, Jason, Lisa, Liam, Johnny, Ali, Tommy, Sammy, Jake, Derek, Sean, Declan and Molly; dear sister of of Joseph Boyle & his wife Joan of Norwood, Bethann Reilly & her husband John of Weymouth and the late Mary Easter.
Visiting hours at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 7 Mattakeesett Street, (Route 14), Pembroke Center, on Monday, January 14, from 4:00-8:00 PM.
Funeral services at the Shepherd Funeral Home, Pembroke Center, on Tuesday, January 15 at 9:00 AM, followed by her funeral Mass at Saint Joseph the Worker Church, 1 Maquan Street, Hanson at 10:00 AM.
Interment will follow at the Center Cemetery, Oldham Street, Pembroke.
