Irene C. (Bilodeau) Mercier, 89, a resident of Lawrence, MA. and a former resident of Methuen, MA. died on Monday, November 29, 2010 at the Mary Immaculate Nursing and Health Care Center in Lawrence.
She was born in Methuen, MA. on August 11, 1921 to Alfred and Anna (Guimond) Bilodeau. She was educated in Methuen Local Schools. She worked at Malden Mills in Lawrence, MA. She was an attendant of St. Monica Church in Methuen, MA.
She is the wife of the late: Bernard F. Mercier. She is survived by one son: Bernard A. Mercier of Derry, NH, 6 grand children and 8 great grand children, and one brother: Al Bilodeau of Lawrence, MA.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 2, 2010 at 11:00AM at the funeral home. A burial will follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence, MA.
