Paul John Blackington, 49, a resident of Methuen, MA, passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2013 at the Holy Family Hospital after a short illness.
Born in Lawrence, MA, Paul was educated in Lawrence and then went on to attend Methuen High School. He owned a High Rise window cleaning business for 25 years. Paul enjoyed all kinds of sports including Golf, Football, and Baseball. He also enjoyed playing Keno. Paul also enjoyed vacationing with his brother Raymond down in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He loved animals, especially his dogs, and was also an avid deep sea fisherman.
The son of the late James Blackington, Sr., and brother of the late James Blackington, Jr., members of Paul's family include:
his mother: Pauline (Monty) Blackington of Methuen, MA, a brother Raymond Blackington and his wife Pamela of Myrtle Beach, SC, sisters: Judy Blackington of Methuen, MA, Diane Gauthier and her husband David of Myrtle Beach, SC, Joanne Fowler and her husband Donald of Epping, NH, as well as several nieces and nephews.
