Beloved mother of Eileen Quirk and her husband Richard, Pauline Gustafsen and her husband Roland, James Person and his wife Karen, Barbara Loveridge and her husband James, John Person and his wife Janet, Linda Berg and her husband Erik, Catherine Bendell and her husband Robert, Michael Person and his late wife Nichole, Carol Merletti and her husband Ronald, Donna Pagliccia, Charles Person and the late Herbert J. Person, Jr., Frederick Person and step-son Richard Abbott. Loving sister of Gloria Hughgill and her husband Raymond and Lydia Champney. Cherished grandmother of 21, great grandmother of 6 with one due in July and also lovingly survived by many nieces and nephews. Born in Boston and a resident of Chelsea and Malden, Bernice at 88 years of age, passed away peacefully late Friday evening at the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital shortly after seeing her beloved Red Sox win their first game of the 2011 season.
