CONDOLENCES (GuestBook)

South Londonderry School was greatly saddened by the news of Dottie's death. She worked with us for many years and was a Grammie to so many of our students. Her smiling face still shines down on us and we are filled with happy memories from having known such a special person. We know what a great loss this is to her children and grandchildren, whom she loved so dearly. We can all picture her, strapping on her dancing shoes and hitting the ballroom floor once again with her beloved Al. She was the BEST! We will miss her. With love and sympathy to her family. Jeanne

Dear Folks, We were shocked and saddened to hear of your mom's passing. But at least she will be joined once again with her dear Al whom whe missed so much. Maybe they will dance together in heaven and see some of their old dancing friends, including the Trilogy drummer Phil Sousa. We all miss her kind, sweet face. She was such a dear, and always so helpful and encouraging. We enjoyed the get-togethers at their home. Time passes, and we all pass along with it. We still here will cherish our memories of these wonderful friends from our "dancing world". Dod bless you all.

I think all of you know how much we loved your Mom. She was such an amazing person, so full of love and always giving of herself to someone else. You were all so lucky to have had her and your Dad as parents. She always knew how to do things the right way and she Mothered you up until the moment of her death. What a beautiful way to pass away, so peacefully with all of her wonderful children around her. We will miss her, but she has given us so many beautiful memories. You are all in our prayers. My sincere sympathy. I can remember as a young kid how after stepping on a yellowjacket's nest, I ran to her door, knocked, then ran around the house trying to get away from the stinging while waiting for her to come to the door. She then immediately pulled off my shirt and pants to get the yellowjackets out. She then "painted" me with lotion, watched me for a reaction to the stings, then called my Mom. She was good people, as is her whole family. I will always remember growing up with your family as friends. John
